Shagbark Hickory Syrup
Sweet Potato Wedges
2-3 Medium Sweet Potatoes Peeled and Cut into wedges
2 Tablespoons of McIntyre Farms Shagbark Hickory Syrup
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon of Dried Rosemary
Pre-Heat Oven to 425 degrees
Place potato wedges in a large bowl with all ingredients, mix thoroughly
Place potatoes on a lined backing sheet. We use a cooking grate with our “Airfry” Mode of our Oven. You can also use an Air fryer
Drizzle with a little more Shagbark Hickory Syrup for a nice glaze
Bake/Air Fry for 15 minutes, then flip the sweet potatoes..
Bake/Air Fry for 15 minutes until slightly browned and cooked through.
